ISD hosted The Honorable Jane Harman for the 30th Annual Oscar Iden Lecture in Riggs Library on March 15, 2012. Director Harman dicussed today's most challenging foreign policy issues and the importance young people, including today's Georgetown students, will play in devising viable solutions.
