ISD working group report on "The New Arctic: Navigating the Realities, Possibilities, and Problems."

On November 28th at the Mortara Center for International Affairs, ISD unveiled its working group report on "The New Arctic: Navigating the Realities, Possibilities, and Problems." In front of a packed room, ISD Director Barbara Bodine provided an overview of the report, while Jeremy Mathis, Adjunct Professor of Environmental Policy at Georgetown, and Heather Conley, Senior Vice President for Europe, Eurasia, and the Arctic and director of the Europe Program at CSIS, discussed the vast contradictions inherent in the New Arctic.
