Caroline SavageCaroline Savage is a career Foreign Service Officer, most recently serving as Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Azerbaijan. Previously, she served as the Public Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy Mozambique, Director for Russia and Central Asia on the National Security Council, Political-Military Officer in the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Russian Affairs, Public Affairs Officer and Consul at the U.S. Embassy Belarus, and Political Officer and Vice Consul at the U.S. Embassy Luxembourg.
 
She received her BSFS from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service in 2001, before pursuing a master’s degree in comparative studies and a master’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Ms. Savage speaks English, Russian, French, Portuguese, and Azerbaijani.
