Captsone Courses – One

Capstone courses will be offered by ISD director, staff, senior fellows and associates and are distinguished not so much by subject matter but format.  Structured as policy task forces or commissions, they focus on a diplomatic challenge, either functional or substantive, policy formulation and implementation and are inter-disciplinary. They require both a significant individual research/policy paper and a collaborative joint report to be presented to a panel of experts.
