Sarah Lohschelder grew up in Germany and graduated from the University of London with a Bachelor of Science in economics and politics. She is currently pursuing a dual Master of Science in Foreign Service and Juris Doctor Degree at Georgetown University, where she focuses on security studies, Asian studies and public international law. She is a Graduate Fellow at the United Nations Association and has served as a delegate at the NATO ACT YP Day 2015 and as a Junior Ambassador at the 2015 Munich Security Conference. Her past work experiences include stints at the German and European Parliaments, the German Embassy in Burma, the Constitutional Court of Korea and the Public International Law and Policy Group. In addition to her studies, she works at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea and the German Embassy in Washington.
