Sebastian was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Upon completing high school, he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and has served on active duty and in the reserves since 2003. After his initial four year tour on active duty, he enrolled at the University of San Francisco where he graduated with a B.A. in international economics in 2010. Since graduating from USF he has interned at the FBI and served on two military operations, including a year in Manama, Bahrain. He is pursuing a Master of Arts in security studies at the School of Foreign Service and concurrently serving as the Intelligence Chief for the 6th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company (ANGLICO) in the Marine Corps reserves. Upon completing his studies at Georgetown, Sebastian intends to pursue a career at the Department of State or return to active duty with the Marines.
