Paul Noone is a second-year student in the Master of Science in Foreign Service (MSFS) program, where he is concentrating in Global Business, Finance, and Society. His academic interests include economic statecraft, international trade, and development finance. Paul has prior work experience at KPMG, the Library of Congress, and the U.S. House of Representatives. His ISD project will investigate the strategic impact of outbound investment restrictions on American foreign policy interests.
