Frances McCarthy is the Business Manager at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy. She has extensive experience as a financial administrator at the university. First in an accounting capacity at the Clinical Research Operations Office and most recently as a financial administrator managing a multi-million dollar portfolio of federal and private grants for the medical center. Before joining Georgetown, Frances worked at Kroll (now Duff & Phelps), a corporate risk management firm where she specialized in data analytics and visualization. Frances has her BA in environmental studies from Anna Maria College.
