Jacqueline Garner joined ISD in August 2021 as Business Manager responsible for the financial, academic, and administrative operations. She supports the Director in the management of the ISD budget, programs and staff. Previously she was the Office Manager at Georgetown's Center for Contemporary Arab Studies. Ms. Garner has enjoyed a 20 year career as an administrator within both academia and the finance industry. Originally from New York, she earned her bachelor's degree from the Metropolitan College of New York. She has lived in Georgia for the past seven years and recently relocated to the Washington D.C. area.
