Major Ajay Dua

Major Ajay P. Dua is an F-15E Evaluator Pilot and was previously the 48th Fighter Wing Chief of Weapons and Tactics while assigned to Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom. Maj Dua’s F-15E weapon systems expertise includes employment of Air-to-Air missiles, conventional, nuclear, precision Air-to-Ground weapons and the 20mm Gun. His primary role as an Air Force officer is to plan and execute all weather, day and night operations, to include self-escort air-interdiction, close air support, defensive/offensive counter air, and joint/coalition missions in support of combatant commanders.
Maj Dua entered the Air Force in May 2010 as a graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy, CO. Following Joint Undergraduate Flight Training at NAS Whiting Field, FL and Vance AFB, OK he was assigned to learn to fly the F-15E at Seymour Johnson Air Force base, North Carolina. After completing Formal Training at Seymour Johnson AFB, he reported to operational units twice at Royal Air Force Lakenheath, United Kingdom, and once at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina. He has served in a variety of flying duties to include Training Officer, Scheduling Officer, and Wing Tactics officer, Flight Commander, Chief of Squadron and Wing Weapons and Tactics.
Maj Dua is an Evaluator Pilot and United States Air Force Weapons School Graduate with more than 2,500 hours of total flying time, including over 1,050 combat hours, with flight time in the T-34, T-38, F-15D and F-15E.
