Arjan van Tongerlo is a second-year graduate student in the Master of Arts in Security Studies program, concentrating on international security and pursuing the Certificate in Diplomatic Studies. He currently works as an associate editor for the Georgetown Security Studies Review. Coming from the Netherlands, Arjan previously served in the Dutch National Youth Council's European Affairs Division. He has written on a variety of international security and geopolitical topics, including European foreign policy and great power competition.
