Cira Mancuso is a candidate in the BSFS/M.A. Security Studies Program at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. She is majoring in International Politics with a concentration in international security and a minor in Spanish. She is currently a research assistant at the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security and will be interning with the Nuclear Threat Initiative this summer.
