Colonel Dan Bishop comes to ISD from the NATO Special Operations Component Command-Afghanistan where he served as the Deputy Director of Intelligence in Bagram, Afghanistan over the course of the last year. Prior to this assignment, he commanded the 308th Military Intelligence Battalion at Fort Meade, MD. Colonel Bishop has served in various command and staff positions across the United States and Germany, as well as numerous deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
