Elisa Pagan

Elisa Pagan is a graduate student in European Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service, where she is also pursuing a Certificate in Diplomatic Studies. Her concentration, European Intelligence & Strategic Cooperation, examines transatlantic security, intelligence-sharing, and hybrid threats, with a particular focus on how the EU and NATO coordinate intelligence operations, cybersecurity, and strategic responses to terrorism and geopolitical instability. She is a member of Georgetown’s European Policy Organization and has previously interned with USA for UNHCR, where she contributed to donor engagement and advocacy initiatives. Elisa has also gained experience as a Correspondent Intern at the Organization for World Peace and as a Refugee Resettlement Case Manager at Lutheran Social Services.
