Research topic: A New Front in a Diplomatic War: U.S. Local Government as Battleground for Korea-Japan Politics
Mr. Ding-Everson is in the Master of Science in Foreign Service program, with a concentration in Global Politics and Security. Prior to coming to Georgetown, he spent a year in South Korea under the Fulbright Program and several years in Japan working in international development and the energy sector. His main area of interest is US foreign policy in East Asia, particularly on post-WWII reconciliation between South Korea and Japan, as well as North Korean human rights and nuclear proliferation. He is currently pursuing a Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies.
