Major Kimberly A. Jennings

Major Kimberly Jennings led one of five divisions for the Headquarters Pacific Air Forces Directorate of Manpower, Personnel, and Services, Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii. As the Chief of the Senior Leader Management Division, Major Jennings was a personal adviser to COMPACAF, Vice COMPACAF, three NAF Commanders, and ten Wing Commanders for all senior officer matters. She served as the focal point for colonel command and staff assignments, while also acting as the functional manager for colonel contingency taskings. Additionally, she developed methodology and executed General Officer and Colonel developmental training on behalf of COMPACAF, while simultaneously monitoring the career progression of all the AOR high potential officers. Finally, Major Jennings oversaw the annual promotion cycles for over two hundred Colonels and roughly fifteen General Officers within Pacific Air Forces.
Major Jennings was born in Connecticut and graduated from the University of Maine at Farmington. After teaching third grade for four years, Major Jennings entered Officer Training School, receiving her commission in March 2002. She has served in various base-level personnel officer positions to include leading the Military Personnel Flight and serving as a Section Commander with administrative oversight over an entire Test Wing. Her staff experience includes a few assignments at Headquarters, United States Air Force and her recent experience gained on the Headquarters, Pacific Air Forces Command. Prior to becoming a Division Chief, Major Jennings served as the Executive Officer to Vice COMPACAF.
Major Jennings is married to Michael Jennings and they have one daughter, age 6.
