Michaella Seaman

Michaella Seaman, a second year in Georgetown's Master of Science in Foreign Service program is an Edward Weintal fellow and two-time Hoya. After receiving her BSFS in International Politics and Security Studies in 2010 she worked as Special Assistant to the Ambassador at the Embassy of Afghanistan. She left the Embassy to work with the Aspen Institute’s Middle East Programs on Partners for a New Beginning, a public-private partnership working to increase understanding by expanding economic opportunity in Muslim-majority countries. Since beginning her studies, she has pursued this goal through her academic focus on Global Business and Finance and her internship with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.
