Patrick Kim is an assistant general counsel at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, Office of General Counsel, where he advises intelligence officers and senior leaders at all levels of the agency on a wide range of national security law issues. Before joining the intelligence community, he served as a federal, state and local prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia, the Maryland Attorney General's office, and the State's Attorney's Office for Montgomery County, Maryland. Prior to his government service, Patrick was a litigation associate at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C., and served as a law clerk to a federal judge in the Southern District of New York.
