UN Fellowship

United Nations Fellowship

The Institute for the Study of Diplomacy (ISD) at Georgetown University welcomes proposals for fellowships of four months (one academic semester) by United Nations Secretariat staff. Fellows will have the chance to immerse themselves in the life of the Institute, collaborate with its staff and fellows—to include diplomats from the State Department—and engage students from across the university’s graduate and undergraduate programs.

Fellows conduct research under the guidance of the Institute’s or other Georgetown University faculty, and are also able to engage with the work of the Academic Council on the UN System (ACUNS), which is currently housed at Georgetown.

Those interested should contact Director of Studies Jim Seevers (jps67@georgetown.edu) to discuss their research proposals.
