Allison H. Kropp
Allison (Hiltz) Kropp is a community volunteer and former Partner, Of Counsel, at the law firm of Dinsmore and Shohl in Cincinnati. During her time at Dinsmore, Allison’s practice focused exclusively on advising non-profit and tax-exempt organizations on operational and compliance issues and board governance practices.
Allison currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati, and as Vice Chair on the Boards of Trustees of the Cincinnati Museum Center and the Catholic Inner-City Schools Education (CISE) Fund. She also serves on the Board of Visitors for Bicentennial Commons at Sawyer Point in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as on the Boards of Trustees of the CISE Foundation, the Christ Hospital Foundation, the H.C.S. Foundation, the Nancy and David Wolf Holocaust and Humanity Center, the Pro Bono Partnership of Ohio, the Summit Country Day School Foundation, and the Raymond "Jit" Trainor Endowment at the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy in the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. She is the immediate past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Summit Country Day School in Cincinnati, Ohio.
