Drew Zacharias
Humes Fellow
Drew Zacharias is a senior in Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, majoring in International Politics with a concentration in Foreign Policy and Policy Processes, alongside a minor in Chinese and a certificate in Diplomatic Studies. He has gained professional experience through roles at U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Pentagon. Drew has also studied abroad in both China and Taiwan, focusing on intensive Chinese language study and Chinese politics. As an ISD Fellow, his research will examine how Latin American states navigate and balance Sino-American great power competition in the region.
