Juliette Oliver

Juliette Oliver is a master's candidate in Eurasian, Russian, and East European Studies in the School of Foreign Service. At Georgetown, her current research interests include Russian and Turkish great power competition in Eurasia and their evolving defense spheres. She has refined her knowledge of these topics through work at the American Foreign Policy Council, the U.S. House of Representatives, and U.N. Human Rights Council. Her ISD project aims to illuminate the role of drone development and sales in strengthening Türkiye’s diplomatic relations with buyer-states.
